X2 in 80 mm and high capacity: the warehouse format

The most productive combination in the MaxStick range: an 80 mm width for labels that are easy to read from a distance, and 88.4 meters per roll to reduce interruptions. This is the format used in logistics hubs and high-volume QSRs, where every roll change takes a workstation out of service.

The 80 mm width lets you print dense content: item number, destination, barcode, and tracking information on a single label, readable at arm’s length on a loading dock or in a pass-through.

The full-coverage X2 adhesive sticks where partial patterns come unstuck: brown cardboard, recycled cardboard, textured plastic bins, crates, and stretch-wrapped pallets. It is Iconex’s strongest adhesive formulation, while still being removable and repositionable.

Two limitations to consider before ordering: this product is not intended for frozen goods or high-temperature applications, and its 100 mm diameter requires a printer with a large roll compartment. Equipment limited to 80 mm will not accommodate this roll.

Eco-friendly: no glassine backing, so no non-recyclable liner waste.
Capacity: more usable meters per roll at the same diameter and fewer workstation stoppages.
Release coating: the printable side is treated to prevent the roll from sticking to itself.
