3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the chosen shipping option, as well as the weight and volume of the products. Additional fees may apply for large or special orders, which will be communicated before order confirmation.
4. Domestic and International Shipping
We mainly ship within mainland France. For deliveries to other EU countries or internationally, please refer to our shipping calculator at checkout or contact us via our contact page for more information.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status through the provided link.
6. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. TOMSAAS INNOVATION is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
- Lost Package: If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us. We will assist in locating your package.
