1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories.
- The item must be in its original packaging, undamaged.
- Customized, special order, or sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us via our contact page for return authorization and instructions.
- Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the product to the provided address, including proof of purchase or invoice.
4. Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, except for defective items or errors on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on availability.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive another item, please return your initial product for a refund and place a new order.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Custom-made or special order items.
- Software or downloadable products.
9. Delayed or Missing Refunds
