Test the cup format before committing to a case

One roll to check the 40 mm format on your own containers. This is the test that matters: stick the label on the cup, tub or box you actually use, and check that it lies flat around the curve without wrinkling. A label that's too wide for a round container becomes unreadable - that's exactly what 40 mm prevents.

Also test how easily it peels off. The repositionable adhesive should come away cleanly, without leaving glue on the customer's fingers or on the cup. Try it after a few hours and on a hot container, just like in real takeaway café conditions.

As for the printer, the 80 mm diameter roll with a 25 mm core fits the vast majority of countertop linerless printers without any modifications.

Once approved, this format is available in a case of 24 rolls, as well as an 83-metre version with a 100 mm diameter for high-volume locations.
