Thermal linerless labels 100 x 126 x 40 mm - 120 m, permanent adhesive (box of 4 rolls)

The linerless shipping label format

100 mm is the standard width for logistics labels. It’s the format used for shipping labels, pallet labels and parcel markings - the kind dock scanners can read with ease. Offering it in linerless format changes how the shipping station works: no more peeling off glassine backing or picking up waste from the floor, and a roll that holds significantly more labels in the same amount of space.

With 120 meters on a 126 mm diameter roll with a 40 mm core, this format is designed for desktop and warehouse label printers, not counter printers. Check that your equipment supports a 126 mm diameter and a 40 mm core before ordering.

Permanent adhesive is the right choice here: a shipping label needs to stay in place from the departure dock through to delivery, including during handling and transport. If you label reusable surfaces or returnable totes, choose repositionable adhesive instead.

Carton of 4 rolls, for a total of 480 meters.

Why choose linerless

Eco-friendly: no glassine backing, so no non-recyclable liner waste at the shipping station.
More uptime: more usable meters and fewer roll changes for the same roll diameter.
Protection: the silicone coating protects the print from scratches and stands up to humid, dry, hot, cold and frozen environments.
Applications: shipping labels, delivery notes, pallet marking, parcel labeling.

Made-to-order consumable product; non-returnable, non-refundable, and not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Before ordering, check your printer's linerless compatibility, the adhesive type and all three roll dimensions: width, outside diameter and core. Our FAQ explains what to do.
