The Brother RuggedJet RJ-4250WBL is the linerless version of Brother's 4-inch mobile printer. Designed to print without backing paper, it targets logistics, transportation, and order preparation, where eliminating the backing directly improves autonomy and cleanliness.
Linerless technology is integrated into the design here: more labels per roll, variable length, no backing to manage, and reduced waste. Subject to manufacturer eligibility, the RJ-4250WBL fully utilizes direct thermal linerless rolls.
Which linerless roll for the Brother RJ-4250WBL
In 4 inches, the RJ-4250WBL accepts wide formats up to 100 mm, such as 100 x 115 x 25 mm (ref. 94006) or 100 x 126 x 40 mm (ref. 94004), and remains compatible with widths of 80, 58, or 40 mm. Subject to manufacturer eligibility, these references cover mobile logistics labeling.
